Integris Controller provides a suite of management tools which enable the local authority MIS support team to play an even greater role than ever before at an enterprise level.
Integris Controller allows the local authority to create Assessment Plans and publish them to all of their schools, distribute Ad-Hoc Report templates, obtain statistics on how far through the Census process their schools are, and send communications to all schools which appear when they log into Integris. With a single point of control, you can support your schools more easily than ever before and get one step closer to delivering on the Every Child Matters agenda.
The desktop includes a number of widgets, providing direct access to the most frequently used functions within Integris Controller. As the system continues to develop additional widget will be introduced.
Publish – this allows central users to publish certain information to one or all schools, such as Assessment Plans and Ad-Hoc Reports.
Statistics – users can view the current status of all schools statutory returns and Year End process so that at a glance the user can see how many schools have completed these activities.
Communicate – the support team can send messages to all schools through the communicate function regarding any changes or updates to the system.

With Integris Controller users can create Assessment Plans and then distribute the appropriate templates to one or all of their schools. This allows the local authority to decide how they want their schools to monitor and record pupil performance, create the appropriate plans and then ensure all schools use the same plans so that the recording of information across all schools is consistent.

With Integris Controller users can design Ad-Hoc reports and Exports and then distribute them to their schools. When a large number of schools are requesting similar reports, it can be created once by the local authority with Controller and then distributed to all, preventing each school from having to recreate the same report over and over.
The User Defined Information fields provide Integris Controller users with a powerful way to expand the Integris database to record additional information that is specific to your schools. Once a Central UDI has been created it can then be distributed to all schools via the Publish feature.
Within IntegrisG2 and IntegrisS2 a number of default user roles have been created, but with Integris Controller you can create and define additional roles which can then be deployed to your schools.
